Tenant Fees.

​

​

  • Rent for the term of the Tenancy

  • Security Deposit (5 weeks deposit for rents up to £50,000 per annum, 6 weeks deposit for rents in excess of £50,000 per annum but under £100,000 per annum)

  • Holding Deposit (equivalent of 1 weeks rent, taken to secure the property and then deducted from the first installment of rent)

  • Tenancy swap fee during a tenancy – £50 inc VAT

  • Utilities of the property (Electric, Gas, and Council Tax)

  • ​Payment of the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys or other security or entry devices

  • ​Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at 3% above Bank of England base rate.

  • Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of tenancy.

Landlord Fees.

​

​

  • Let Only: Priced individually

  • Lettings & Rent Collection: 8% +VAT
  • Fully Managed Service: 10% +VAT
  • Short Term Letting (inclusive of Property Management): 18%+VAT
  • Vacant Management: Priced individually
  • Tenancy Agreement contribution per property: £150 (inc VAT)
  • Renewal Agreement after fixed term per property: £150 (inc VAT)
