With offices in Central London, Cheshire, & Wrexham, we are able to provide our services in London, Surrey, The Cotswolds, Cheshire, & North Wales.

 

Our Private Office service is headquartered in London and operates globally.

Founder.

Ellington Green was founded by Joshua Davies as a better way to buy, sell, let, & manage property in the UK. Joshua has extensive experience in the property & finance industries and his vision for Ellington Green is to provide a first-class bespoke estate agency service based on integrity, trust, and professionalism.

Alongside Ellington Green, Joshua is the Managing Partner at Bridgewater Capital, a multifamily real estate investment company based in Newport Beach, California, which he founded in 2017. Prior to Bridgewater Capital, Joshua held various leadership roles at CBRE, Inc. in the US, most recently serving as Director of Investment Management for US & Canada.

Joshua is also Founder & CEO of Greenwich Asset Management, an alternative asset manager headquartered in London, UK, and Quanta Group, a full service construction company operating throughout the UK.

​

Throughout his career, Joshua has overseen real estate acquisitions in excess of £5 billion, provided strategic asset management oversight on operating & development budgets in excess of £300 million annually, and successfully restructured over £30 billion of debt & equity portfolio's for UHNW &  institutional clients.
